Hi there! there, so I understand.
I made it, and you can too.
It's been a real challenge for me to raise three wonderful girls while also holding down a full-time job. It's not uncommon for mothers to put others before themselves, and this can lead to burnout and stress.
I'm not an exception. I didn't take care of myself at first and sacrificed too much for my children to compensate. Learn from my mistakes and discover the most important lessons I've learned on my journey.
